Facility Manager

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the Gorin Tennis Academy’s Redmond, Washington location. Duties and responsibilities include: formulating policies; managing daily operations; and planning the use of materials and human resources through setting project goals and conducting risk analysis for new requirements, adopting the best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit stakeholders/customers’ needs and deliver within the budget, identifying tools and techniques to convert into tasks to be monitored and controlled, articulating problems and bringing people together to solve problems, and preparing, maintaining and submitting clear activity and progress reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Facility Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

SALARY: $150,238 annually. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
