Refund Process
Effective October 1, 2023 the refund process for early cancellations of prime time services is as follows:
• Pending Refund Status: When you early cancel a prime time private lesson or court rental, your refund will enter a "Pending Refund" status.
• Refund Determination: We will monitor the availability of the court or lesson slot you canceled. If the slot is resold, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• Early Cancellation Fee: If the slot is not resold, an early cancellation fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Membership Early Cancellation Allowance: If you are a member and have an early cancellation allowance available, you can choose to apply it immediately to your canceled private lesson or court rental. This will waive the early cancellation fee, and your membership allowance will be deducted accordingly.
Refund Processing Time: You can expect your refund to be applied back to your tennis account within 3 business days of your originally scheduled service.
Please note that late cancellations made within 24 hours but outside of 12 hours will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 12 hours are not eligible for a refund.
