🏐 Bonus Afternoon Volleyball Clinics (1:00 – 3:00 PM)

These afternoon clinics provide a deeper dive into specific volleyball skills and include 1.5 hours of targeted instruction paired with 30 minutes of athletic training such as agility, plyometric, or strength work.

Clinic Schedule:

• Monday: Serve & Serve-Receive

Focus: Consistent, powerful serving and effective reception under pressure

• Tuesday: Setting Clinic

Focus: Hand position, footwork, decision-making, and setting accuracy

• Wednesday: Hitting Clinic

Focus: Arm swing mechanics, timing, and hitting from different court zones

• Thursday: Defense Clinic

Focus: Court coverage, digging, reading hitters, and reaction speed

• Friday: Game Situations & Game Plans

Focus: Strategy, rotation awareness, communication, and execution in real-game scenarios

These clinics are designed to help athletes sharpen key areas of their game while gaining a deeper understanding of team dynamics and match play. Perfect for intermediate to advanced players ages 12–16.
